The creation of master blender Alex Thomas, The Sexton Single Malt Irish whiskey is made from 100% Irish malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills. After, the liquid is aged in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks imparting a rich and fruity character.

COLOUR: Rich in hue.

NOSE: Rich aromas of nuts, marzipan and dark chocolate with a pinch of spice.

PALATE: Dried fruit followed by honeycomb sweetness, apricots, lemon zest, prunes and oak spice.

FINISH: Woody on the finish, with honeyed sweetness coming through.
