This is an absolute must in any bartenders arsenal. Peychaud's Bitters is lighter and fruitier and less bitter than the profile of other aromatic bitters.

Tasting Notes: Anise, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, slight sweetness, cherry, plum and berry, highly bitter, red currants, light tartness, numbing medicinal herbs.

Peychaud's are lumped in the same category as Angostura aromatic bitters, but boast a telltale bright red color and slightly sweeter flavor profile with loads of warm Christmas spices.
